PRESCHOOL DIRECTORS

Before Picture Day

• 1-2 weeks prior we will send signage that will include a color copy of your picture day schedule and it will show the background that will be used so parents can see which background will be photographed.  We will also email you a pdf the door sign with the schedule so you can send email blast to your families and post on your social media.
• We ask that you post the schedule in a visible place to promote your Picture Day and to remind parents of the picture day schedule. 
• Before we arrive, please have a roster printed out of each class along with siblings marked. We will also need email addresses for the students so the photo gallery can be sent to the families for viewing and purchase.

During Picture Day… Relax! We have it all under control!

• A Photographer and additional team members will show up at your center and be ready to make your children have fun and SMILE!
• Our photographers and assistants will be there each day to help the process run smoothly. They are trained to take special care of the children, so they are happy and comfortable during their photo shoot! 
• Before starting we will go over any special instructions with you. 

After Picture Day…

• 7-10 DAYS after the photo shoot, private, password protected gallery links will be emailed to the parents with fully edited images for online viewing and purchasing of photos. The families will also receive additional reminder emails during the free shipping period.  
• Free shipping of photos to the school will be an available option for approximately 10 days after photos are posted.   There is also an option to ship directly to their home for a small shipping fee.  Photo orders with the "Free Ship to School" option will all be delivered at one time to your center with names of each child marked on the packaging.
• Reminder emails for ordering will be provided to you to email to your families and post on social media.
• Photos can still be ordered after the "Free Ship to School" end date has closed for a small shipping fee and can be shipped directly to their home.
